Individuals can promote their hobby workshop dates, tuition services, babysitting availability. EVERY household in Lake Haven can have an "on-going garage sale", just by paying the annual fee and continuing to update the contents of what they have for sale (sell your car one day, and your spare wardrobe the next - for no extra cost!).
